 ARZOIN LLC reserves the right to modify the “Terms”, “Terms of Service”, “Terms and Conditions” at any time. However ARZOIN LLC does hold the commitment of notifying users or potential users of changes at least 24 hours in advance. ARZOIN LLC does not guarantee all of its users or potential users will receive this notice. Changes to these terms will be offered in the footer in the form of a “Change Log” which will outline the where and what changes were made.

5.  Limitations

In no event shall ARZOIN LLC or any representatives of ARZOIN LLC be liable for damages exceeding the cost of the product or service offered. ARZOIN LLC will NOT be liable for ANY damages for use of any services, products, content, advice or consultation which is free of charge to you the user.

7.  Payments

ARZOIN LLC accepts payments in exchange for products or access to content and or services. Any payment charges for products or services will result in no delivery if the charge fails. In the event that a user mistakenly purchases a product they did not want or a the wrong product the user must contact ARZOIN LLC through the appropriate refund request medium. The request will be reviewed at and rejected or accepted at the complete discretion of ARZOIN LLC.

All payments may also be subject to local or state taxes or processing and handling fees. These additional fees will be present in your purchase total.

8.  Purchase Agreement

Upon purchasing any products or services the user forfeits their right to be granted refunds or the ability to return products. All sales are final after a successful payment and delivery of goods or services.

9.  Governing Law

These terms and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the both the local and national laws of BELMOPAN and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
